Palm releases Sprint Treo 700wx SMS Patch

What is the Sprint 700wx SMS Patch?

The Sprint 700wx SMS Patch is designed to improve the performance and reliability of the Palm® Treo™ 700wx Text Messaging (SMS) application on the Sprint Network.

I am installing this patch righ now. I'm glad to see Palm release this so fast, we were originally told it would be out before the end of the year. Lets just hope it works:)

***UPDATE*** The update works. I can now text Verizon, Cingular, and T-Mobile people without any workarounds. It also works fine with the Palm threaded SMS app I have on my 700wx from a Treo 750v:) Great job Palm!!!
