When I put my iPhone in its dock a few minutes ago I received the above message. This is the first time I have ever seen this. I wonder what kind of "diagnostic information" Apple is looking to obtain? ;)

When I clicked "Show Details" a new window opened up. Apple must want these logs. Notice Maps, MobileMail, MobileSafari, MobileToDoList, etc. all ending in .crash.
