First European iPhone sales figures
"In Great Britain, O2 claims to have sold “hundreds of thousands” of iPhones since they first became available on Friday night, according to resplendently mustached CEO Peter Erskine. One report suggests that O2 activated 8,000 handsets on Friday evening alone, far exceeding their estimates. Meanwhile, in Germany, T-Mobile claimed to have sold 10,000 phones on Friday." Via
