Copy and Paste wasn't a high priority for Apple in the iPhone OS, but it's a feature that many people need in a smartphone. Leave it to the developers creating applications for Jailbroken iPhones to come up with a solution. Clippy allows you to copy and paste through out all of the iPhone stock applications (Safari, Mail, Text, etc.) and some applications from the App Store (I used Zenbe above). Clippy can be found on the Cydia app.
