Palm requests Tealpoint to stop selling TealOS
Back in February I posted about a new Palm OS app called
TealOS . I use it on my Treo 755p, it's an awesome application. It gives you the look and part of the feel of the Palm webOS running on any Palm OS Treo, Centro, or PDA. The developers @
TealPoint have constantly updated the app and added new features. I purchased TealOS because I needed something to give me the "fix" while waiting for Palm to release the Pre. I also had a feeling that this application wouldn't go over well with Palm, and they would likely ask TealPoint to remove the application. That's exactly what has happened.
TealPoint has posted a notice on the TealOS page .
"IMPORTANT! - A Palm's request, we will stop selling TealOS on Monday March 30. Copies purchased prior to this date, however will continue to function."
