  iPhone OS 3.1 Beta adds MMS support for AT&T customers

An anonymous tipster sent us some details about iPhone OS 3.1 Beta. MMS is enabled for AT&T, but for some reason it hangs up and fails before the MMS goes out (enabled but not working yet for AT&T).
