  Apple is going after Android in HTC lawsuit
Engadget is reporting that Apple is specifically going after Android in the lawsuit filed today against HTC on patent infringement. HTC makes Windows Mobile and Android smartphones. In the lawsuit Apple repeatedly calls out Android HTC smartphones for patent infringement, not Windows Mobile based devices. Stay tuned.
